Refund Policy

Yield is a monthly subscription. This page explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work. If something doesn't look right on your invoice, email us before raising a dispute and we'll fix it.

How billing works

Yield is billed monthly on a recurring basis. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month unless cancelled. You are billed in advance for each billing period. The current price is shown at checkout and in your account settings.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to Yield until your paid period ends. We do not prorate unused time for partial months.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of the charge date by emailing support@yieldapp.co from your account email address. Include the charge date and a short description. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the charge date are not eligible. We do not issue partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Free trial

If Yield offers a free trial period, no payment is collected during that time. At the end of the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue. You will be notified before any charge is made.

Billing disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We resolve billing issues quickly when contacted directly. Yield reserves the right to suspend accounts where chargebacks are initiated without prior contact.
